In Duluth, Minnesota, a trendy new hotel is opening to test the water quality of a market already flooded with new places to stay. The Tru Hilton will open the doors of its first hotel at 503 Clearwood Avenue on August 22, and it may be the last hotel to open in Minnesota, but it won't be the last.

The Duluth location will be the first of its kind in the state of Minnesota and one of only a handful of hotels in North America. Located on the grounds of the Duluth Boat Club, just a ten-minute walk from the hotel, the hotel is bordered by the city's waterfront and the Minnesota River.
