Excuse my late comment, (thought I had already sent one in) but this nice Diner is very short walking distance from a Motel 6, conveniance store, and only one block from I-35.
The meals were prepped nicely, service was friendly, is a great deal for the dollar spent. I visited twice a day for a week, will definitely return asap! Lefty in TX
Pros: close to motel and freeway
Cons: small-ish parking lot
